The Berea Writers Circle (BWC) fosters local writers as artists in our community. We meet from 1:30 - 3:00 PM on the third Saturday of each month at the Berea branch of the Madison County Public Library. We welcome all types of writers-novelists, poets, journalists, freelancers, short story writers, playwrights, bloggers, and any others. Whether published, self-published, or unpublished, we all strive to grow and refine our craft.
Open Mic at the Berea Arts Council (444 Chestnut Street) starts at 7 pm followed by a launch party for a new collection of fantasy stories by K.D. Reid, Michelle Williams, and Lindsey S. Frantz. Proceeds from beverage sales will benefit Arts Council programs.
Our Monthly Meeting located at the Madison County Public Library (319 Chestnut Street). Meet local writers as we work to refine our craft.
